III (read as 'Three') is a mostly average looking Ralts, the biggest difference between him and standard Ralts being that his hair retains the slight curl it had when he was human (albeit with the trademark Ralts bowl cut that obscures his eyes).

Beyond that, he's a bit small even by Ralts standards, clocking in at one foot even. Not that this stops him, as he retains his deeply protective nature despite his new form.
